Service Description

Our Noble Kids Boxing Class is an action-packed and fun way for children to learn basic boxing techniques, improve their fitness, coordination, and self-confidence. Our qualified coaches will start the class with a warm-up session that includes skipping, stretching, and basic boxing movement to prepare the children for the workout. The kids will then move on to practicing various boxing techniques such as shadow boxing, partner drills & bag work, and will also participate in some conditioning exercises to build strength and endurance. Our coaches will always encourage teamwork, respect, discipline, and sportsmanship while pushing the kids to do their best. Finally, the class will end with a cool-down session that includes stretching exercises to prevent injury and muscle soreness.
